The Official Closing Party will be co-hosted by ETHDenver and another sponsor, resulting in a co-branded event. The co-host sponsor will submit a comprehensive proposal to ETHDenver for review and feedback. The sponsor will be responsible for planning, executing, and covering the operational costs of the Official ETHDenver Closing Party. The event will take place the evening before the final day of the Main Event (historically Saturday evening), at an off-site venue capable of accommodating at least 2,500 attendees comfortably.

The Official Closing Party aims to conclude ETHDenver on a high note, creating an upbeat atmosphere for attendees to unwind and have a great time. The event will showcase a DJ and dancing. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available to attendees. Additionally, a VIP experience will be incorporated into the event, ensuring that VIP SporkWhale ticket holders receive complimentary beverages for at least the first two hours of the event.
