Our advanced warehouse will ONLY accept shipments Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, January 13th to February 17th. Shipments that arrive outside of that window may be refused or incur additional fees. 

An ETHDenver shipping label must be visibly attached to each pallet or crate. A link to download an ETHDenver shipping label will be sent to you via an ExpoGenie task after you purchase this item.

Advanced warehouse shipments are more cost-effective (when compared to direct-to-show shipments). We recommend sending shipments to the advanced warehouse whenever possible.

This service includes receipt of delivery, storage, transportation of exhibit material to your sponsor booth, and transportation and loading of exhibit material onto a truck upon show conclusion. This pricing does not cover actual inbound or outbound shipping costs. Return shipping services may be purchased at the exhibitor services desk while on-site. Once ordered, one of our freight specialists will contact you to coordinate your shipping.

Please add multiple of these items to your cart, equivalent to the number of 5LB increments of your shipment. For example: A 50 LB shipment requires 10 of these items to be purchased.
