The Official BUIDLer RideShare / Transportation sponsor is a vital partner at ETHDenver, providing essential on-site support to help reduce barriers for developers. Given the high costs of transportation services like Uber and Lyft, daily travel to and from the venue, as well as to various side events, can be expensive. While we can’t control the organization of ancillary events by sponsors or non-sponsors, we can assist in lowering transportation costs for developers eager to learn and network.
The BUIDLer RideShare / Transportation sponsor has the option to sponsor charter buses that will run efficient daily loops between key city areas (where most hotels are located) and the venue, offering free, safe rides. These buses will be branded with both ETHDenver and sponsor logos.
Alternatively, the sponsor can provide Uber coupon codes, managed and distributed by the ETHDenver team. These codes can be customized with the sponsor’s branding. For maximum impact, sponsors can choose to provide both a custom-branded bus and Uber vouchers to further ease transportation expenses.
This sponsorship offers significant branding opportunities, both digitally and on-site. Sponsors will be highlighted in all relevant communications to developers before and during the event. Information about on-site transportation will be included in the BUIDLer On-site Guide/FAQ and in communications preparing developers for ETHDenver. Sponsors will also be featured on the Official Sponsor Wall, have a dedicated social media post on ETHDenver accounts, and physical signage outside the venue.
For sponsors opting for custom-branded buses, the buses will prominently display the sponsor’s logo, and the official bus schedule shared with developers will also feature the sponsor’s branding. Those sponsoring Uber vouchers can create custom codes aligned with their brand and work with the ETHDenver team to develop a distribution plan within their budget. This may include branded physical coupons given to the first 500 developers at check-in and additional signage at the RideShare Drop-off and Pick-up Zone at the National Western Complex.
