The Main Event Official Happy Hours (+$15k) offers an ideal solution for those seeking a convenient and budget-friendly off-site venue alternative. Held directly at the main venue for optimal accessibility, this option eliminates commuting concerns, thereby boosting attendance. Official Happy Hours are themed around trending web3 topics, such as the Official L2 Happy Hour, Official Web3 Gaming Happy Hour, and Official DePin Happy Hour.

These events provide significant value for sponsors aiming to establish themselves as industry leaders associated with current trends. The package includes light snacks (a selection of vegetarian and meat canapés) and an open bar. The ETHDenver team will collaborate with sponsors to create signature alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, naming them to reflect the sponsor’s brand and product relevance. Inclusion of a swag table is encouraged. 

Additionally, ETHDenver will design a Luma page for the sponsor, complete with graphics to signify the Official Happy Hour status. Dedicated email campaigns and social media promotions will drive registrations, with the opt-in registration list shared with the sponsor post-event. Sponsors can also provide copy for all communications.

This upgrade includes a bartender, open bar, and venue space for up to 100 guests for two hours. The Main Event Open Bar events will run from February 27 to March 2, 2025, at the Main Venue.
