SMALL PACKAGES CANNOT BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE SHOW. ALL SMALL PACKAGES MUST BE SENT TO THE ADVANCED WAREHOUSE.

Our advanced warehouse will ONLY accept packages Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, January 13th to February 17th. Packages that arrive outside of that window may be refused or incur additional fees. 

An ETHDenver shipping label must be visibly attached to each box. A link to download an ETHDenver shipping label will be sent to you via an ExpoGenie task after you purchase this item.

This service includes: receipt of delivery, storage in our advanced warehouse, transportation of the package from our warehouse to the show, and delivery of the package to your booth. This pricing does not cover actual inbound or outbound shipping costs. Return shipping services may be purchased at the exhibitor services desk while on-site. Once ordered, one of our freight specialists will contact you to coordinate your shipping.

Pricing is per box, weighing in at less than 50 lbs. For multiple boxes, add multiple of this item add-on into your cart, equal to the number of packages you are sending. Additional fees will be assessed for overweight packages or packages that arrive without a shipping label.
